Job Description:

Working from home and covering Northern Ireland, you will manage and grow sales across the territory. You will visit established stockists to strengthen relationships, extend the ranges they carry and maximise sales. Equally important, you will identify and open new accounts across a broad customer base, including garden machinery dealers, hardware stores, agricultural merchants and builders' merchants. This is an account management and business development role but definitely not order-taking. You will receive full product training and ongoing support from an experienced team.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with outstanding people skills who can communicate at all levels. Your sales area is slightly under-trading and we seek the special individual who can use their own skills and the company’s capabilities to reach and exceed targets again.

• Based in Northern Ireland, with at least 5 years of field sales experience
• A proven sales performer with a track record of opening new accounts and growing existing ones
• Mature, credible and with the authority to command respect with business owners and buyers
• Naturally sociable and gregarious, building rapport and lasting relationships with ease
• Driven, results-focused and motivated to maximise your earnings and success
• Experienced in selling to stockists or retailers, so your core selling skills transfer readily

Salary/Benefits Information:

• Base salary of £30,000–£33,000, depending on experience
• Uncapped monthly commission, with on-target earnings of £45,000+
• Fully expensed company car
• 24 days' paid holiday plus bank holidays
