Responsibilities * Produce accurate technical drawings and information for residential housing developments. * Support the technical delivery of residential projects. * Work closely with the wider design team to progress projects. * Prepare technical drawing packages using AutoCAD. Requirements * Experience working on UK residential housing projects. * Strong AutoCAD skills. * Experience with a national housebuilder or housing developer preferred. * Good technical knowledge of residential construction. * Experience producing technical drawings and information for housing developments. * Ability to work effectively within a design team.
