Located in Nottingham, our client's sales and marketing company is well-established and continuing to grow. As a result, they are looking to expand their sales division to support ongoing customer acquisition campaigns through face-to-face interactions within retail & event-based sales environments across Nottingham, representing recognised and non-profit brands.

With opportunities to attend client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions available from the start, this opportunity is suitable for individuals with or without previous experience.

• A confident, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Willingness to learn, develop, and progress
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Availability to commit to a full-time equivalent schedule (4–5 days per week); this role is not suitable for students, including international students.

This sales and customer service role will include the following aspects:

• Customer service and customer engagement
• Brand awareness and promotional activities
• Face-to-face customer interactions within event environments
• Supporting customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of clients

• Broadening communication, customer service and sales-related skills through practical experience and client training.
