Accounts Payable Clerk - Hybrid in Cheltenham - Flexible working hours

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a growing international business with a friendly and collaborative culture?

We're recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well-established organisation based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy AP function while gaining exposure to month-end processes and wider finance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and coding supplier invoices accurately
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing payment runs
• Processing employee expenses and company credit card reconciliations
• Supporting month-end activities including accruals and analysis

Essential experience:

• Strong invoice coding and processing experience
• Experience preparing payment runs
• Experience processing foreign currency transactions
• Exposure to inventory or stock-based transactions
