Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the healthcare and education sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Architect to hit the ground running for their Liverpool studio.

Duties for the role of Architect:

• Lead and deliver on a range of healthcare and education projects
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
• Issue working drawing packs of information

Requirements for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects within the education or healthcare sector is desirable
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
