Design Manager Location: Cardiff Start: Immediate Duration: Until March We're working with a leading contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to oversee the final stages of a major project in Cardiff, focusing on the remaining elements of the internal fit-out. This role will involve coordinating design information, managing subcontractor and consultant interactions, resolving technical queries, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the project through to completion. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry * Strong Tier 1 Design & Build experience * Experience managing internal fit-out packages * Ability to coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and project teams * Strong technical understanding and attention to detail * Experience managing design programmes and technical submissions * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer: * Immediate start * Contract running until March * Opportunity to work on a high-profile project
