What You'll Be Doing

As Operations Executive, you'll sit at the heart of the organisation, supporting the successful delivery of training and study programmes while creating an outstanding experience for clients and stakeholders alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating training, content updates, reviewing materials for accuracy and quality, and uploading documentation and resources to ensure clients have access to relevant, up-to-date information throughout their journey with the business.
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact
• Coordinating client onboarding activities to ensure a smooth service delivery
• Delivering virtual onboarding and training sessions to help clients confidently navigate and use company systems
• Guiding clients through processes, answering questions, and providing ongoing support
• Managing client communications and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged
• Maintaining accurate records and updating information across multiple systems
• Reviewing documentation and content to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
• Responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
