Hybrid working with three days per week in the Altrincham office

Bring your customer service experience to a business that invests in your progression.

You know how to resolve difficult enquiries, reassure customers and keep accurate records while managing a busy workload. Build on that experience with structured training, support for professional qualifications and clear opportunities to progress. Accomplish Today is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an established professional services organisation supporting contractors with umbrella payroll services.

You will join a customer experience team handling inbound telephone calls, emails and live webchat, taking responsibility for enquiries and delivering clear, accurate answers.

Essential requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Two to three years customer service experience in an office based or contact centre environment.
  • At least 12 continuous months in the same customer service role.
  • The ability to attend the Altrincham office three days each week.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries by telephone, email and live chat.
  • Experience using CRM or case management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong written communication, confident telephone skills and close attention to detail.

Your experience must include office based telephone customer service. Retail, hospitality or face to face experience alone will not meet the requirements.

Your role

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries by email and live webchat.
  • Help contractors understand the service and resolve questions about their account.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and complaints, working towards first contact resolution.
  • Explain information clearly and remain calm during challenging conversations.
  • Record enquiries, actions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Manage your caseload and respond within agreed service level agreements.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to resolve more complex enquiries.
  • Meet service quality standards and follow compliance procedures.

The experience that will help you succeed

This opportunity suits an experienced Customer Service Advisor, Customer Care Advisor, Customer Support Advisor or Contact Centre Advisor who takes pride in resolving problems and providing dependable service. Experience working towards customer service KPIs, handling complaints or supporting customers in a regulated or professional services environment would be particularly useful.

What you will receive

  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
  • Your birthday off.
  • Financial support towards professional qualifications.
  • Up to six days’ paid study leave per year.
  • Structured training, personal development and career progression.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits.
  • Mental health support and trained mental health first aiders.
  • Personal accident insurance.
  • Company social events, incentives and recognition programmes.
  • Long service awards, casual dress and complimentary fresh fruit.
  • The opportunity to join a Great Place to Work certified employer.
