Are you a commercially minded FP&A Manager who loves getting behind the numbers and influencing business performance?We're working with a successful and growing retail business in Bristol looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join its finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment and wants to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with senior finance and operational stakeholders, you'll provide the financial insight needed to understand performance, identify opportunities and support future growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Producing regular forecasts and longer-term financial plans
• Providing insightful analysis of sales, costs, margins and overall business performance
• Delivering clear variance analysis and commentary
• Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decisions
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve financial performance
• Supporting senior leadership with high-quality reporting and management information
• Identifying key trends, risks and commercial opportunities
• Developing and improving FP&A reporting, processes and systems
• Supporting strategic projects and investment decisions
• Helping drive a more data-led approach to decision-making across the business

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experienced within FP&A, commercial finance or a similar analytical finance role
• Comfortable managing complex budgets and forecasts
• Highly analytical with strong financial modelling skills
• Commercially curious and able to look beyond the numbers
• Confident presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally from retail, FMCG, e-commerce, consumer or another high-volume commercial environment
