This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Control professional to join a well-established finance team, offering excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers.

• Oversee aged debt, collections and ledger performance.

• Manage escalated accounts and complex queries.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Support with reconciliations and ad hoc projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience within Credit Control or Finance.

• Strong understanding of credit control processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, organised and confident managing a team.
