An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected litigation team with a strong presence across the north of Scotland.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, with a particular focus on property and contentious private client disputes, while also providing opportunities to work on wider commercial litigation.

The role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes
• Advise clients on property and contentious private client disputes
• Assist with contract, company and professional negligence disputes
• Work closely with experienced litigation partners
• Build and maintain client relationships

About you

• 2+ years’ PQE in litigation
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
• Client-focused and commercially aware
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
