£35K BASIC | £65K-£70K REALISTIC OTE | WARM LEADS ONLY | NO COLD CALLING | HYBRID - HAMPTON COURT. Have you closed high-ticket sales over the phone? Want every call to be with someone who's already interested? Our client is an established trading education provider. They have a large database of warm prospects and need proven telesales closers to convert them. Every person you speak to has already attended a programme, signed up or registered an interest. You'll never cold call, and there's no business development to do. Your job is to have good conversations and close.

• Warm leads only: past attendees, sign-ups and a large database of interested prospects
• Realistic OTE of £65K-£70K on a solid £35K basic
• Early start, early finish, so your evenings are your own
• Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office once you're onboarded (full time in the office during training)
• Full product and sales training, so you don't need any trading knowledge
• Join at the ground floor: the team is currently 2 people and growing, so there's real progression and a say in how it develops

What you'll be doing

• Making around 100 calls a day, with 2-3 hours of talk time
• Getting to know each prospect's goals and recommending the right programme for them
• Handling objections with confidence and honesty, and closing over the phone
• Following up consistently and keeping your pipeline organised
• Working towards individual and team targets

What you'll need

• Proven high-ticket telesales experience. This is essential. You've closed bigger-ticket sales over the phone and can back it up with numbers.
• Hungry, money-motivated and driven by commission
• Natural at building rapport, and a good listener
• Comfortable with high call volumes and targets
• Resilient, organised and self-motivated

A bonus, but not essential: experience selling education, training, coaching or financial products, or other high-ticket B2C sales such as home improvements, solar or holiday ownership.
