Title: Fire & Security Engineer Location: Bristol and surrounding areas Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus package Benefits: Company vehicle | Corporate clothing | Ongoing training | Paid expenses for business travel and overnight stays   The Role An established, independent security and life safety business is looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to support its growing customer base across Bristol and the surrounding areas.   This is a field-based position offering a varied workload, with the successful candidate responsible for delivering reliable servicing, reactive maintenance and small works across customer sites. Responsibilities will include: Carrying out reactive maintenance, servicing and small works to a high standard. Managing daily jobs and achieving set productivity targets. Liaising with Service Co-ordinators regarding site issues and daily work schedules. Identifying additional works that can be quoted for and reporting these to the sales team. Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Representing the business professionally when working on customer premises. Undertaking overtime when required to meet business needs. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided. Occasional visits to the Mansfield office and overnight stays may be required, with all business expenses covered.   Working Hours Full-time 40 hours per week, permanent position, with flexibility required for overtime and participation in the on-call rota.   Requirements Essential experience with Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems. Confident using a multimeter. Full, clean UK driving licence. DBS will be required as part of the role - this will be fully funded by the company  #IND-DG-PRM
