Freightserve recruitment are looking for a European Roadfreight Operations Coordinator a busy well-established Freight company based in the Staines upon Thames area.

Role Purpose

• Accurate planning and scheduling of Roadfreight Export and Import shipments
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Consistent service delivery aligned to defined processes
• Daily shipment coordination
• Customer updates and communication
• Ensure full visibility and control across all movements
• Support planning and coordination of shipments
• Collections and deliveries
• Assist with scheduling jobs
• Create and manage bookings
• Maintain accurate records
• Provide updates to customers on shipment status
• Coordinate with transport providers

Working hours are Monday - Friday
