Are you the kind of person who looks at a 9,000-account portfolio and sees a goldmine?

Not a manager. Not a farmer. A hunter. Someone who walks into a room full of existing subscription customers and immediately starts asking: where is the revenue we are not going after yet? What relationships do we not have? What are we leaving on the table?

That is the person we need.
We are working exclusively with a global leader in construction data and software solutions. PE-backed, operating across 25 countries, approximately 2,000 people worldwide. Their products are the category standard - used by over 98% of the UK's top architecture and design firms and deeply embedded across the construction supply chain. If you work in UK construction, you almost certainly use something they make.

The Director of Key Account Management owns existing-customer revenue growth across the UK and Ireland. You will lead a team of 11, manage c.€3.8m of subscription and software revenue across approximately 9,000 accounts, and drive a minimum 10% year-on-year growth target. Commission is paid monthly. The basic salary is competitive and will be discussed at first conversation stage.

This is a transformation role. The account base is large, the cross-sell opportunity across two market-leading subscription product lines is enormous, and the business has the appetite and the PE backing to move fast. They need someone who matches that energy.

THE PACKAGE

• OTE £150,000 uncapped, with monthly commission and accelerators on net revenue retention

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Owning existing-customer growth and the entire subscription expansion pipeline across UK and Ireland
• Building account growth plans for the top 250 customers in your first 6 months
• Cross-selling two dominant subscription and software products into a 9,000-strong account base
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of 11
• Personally owning C-suite relationships and closing complex enterprise deals
• Setting targets, owning forecasting and reporting directly to the Commercial President

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A track record of driving serious revenue growth within an existing B2B subscription or SaaS customer base. Numbers on a page, not a list of responsibilities
• Deep understanding of the subscription and recurring revenue model - this is non-negotiable
• Experience leading account management or key account teams, including managing through a manager
• The credibility to sit in front of C-suite customers and close deals that matter
• A genuine passion for growth, transformation and making things happen fast

Construction or built environment experience is a bonus. PE-backed or high-growth international background is a plus.
