We are looking for an experienced, polished and adaptable Temporary Executive Assistant to provide short-term cover across a busy London-based investment firm
Role: Temporary EA
Location: West End
Rate: £28–£29 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Duration: Ad hoc assignments, ranging from a couple of days to a couple of weeks or potentially longer for vacancy cover
This is an extremely fast-paced environment, where priorities can change quickly and the ability to hit the ground running is essential. Assignments will vary depending on business needs and could be anything from a couple of days of short-term cover to a couple of weeks covering a vacancy, or potentially longer while a permanent hire is found.

We are looking for candidates who actively want short-term, ad hoc EA assignments and are happy to return for future periods of cover. This opportunity is best suited to someone who enjoys the variety and flexibility of temporary work and is not looking for a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
Providing high-quality EA support to senior individuals and teams.
Managing complex diaries, meetings and constantly changing priorities.
Arranging domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
Supporting busy investment and deal teams in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Providing general administrative and organisational support as required.
Quickly integrating into different teams and adapting to changing requirements.
About you
Proven EA experience supporting senior individuals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong travel-booking skills and excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working at pace, juggling competing demands and responding quickly to changing priorities.
Confident, proactive and able to hit the ground running with minimal handholding.
Polished, professional and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working across different teams and adjusting to changing demands.
Financial services or private equity experience would be highly advantageous.
Ideally, an established temp who enjoys short-term assignments and is keen to build an ongoing relationship for future cover opportunities.
