URGENT Temporary Call operator - Ringwood BH24 - £12.88 per hour • Full time shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm or Thursday-Monday 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm • Location: Ringwood, BH24 Do you want a role where you can make a difference? What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice. • Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform • Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents What we are looking for • Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector • Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving • Someone with an empathetic approach • Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately • Someone who can commit to 10+ hours a week. As a 24/7/365 service we have a variety of shift options, and plenty of opportunities to do additional hours This is a temporary position based in Ringwood, working with a supportive team offering full training.
