Duties include: Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle Developing relationships with new and existing clients Generating new business through telephone sales and client visits Advertising vacancies and attracting candidates Interviewing, screening and assessing applicants Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities Managing client accounts and providing recruitment solutions Building and maintaining a strong candidate database Working towards realistic sales and performance targets with full supportWhat We're Looking For We're interested in people with: Excellent communication skills Confidence speaking to customers and candidates A positive and proactive attitude Strong organisational skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Motivation to learn and develop A strong work ethic and desire to succeedIf applying to our entry level role previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, retail, hospitality or administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
