Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business decisions.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for UK and European entities.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to track expenses and control costs.
• Maintain and improve financial processes and systems.
• Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support ad hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications or part-qualified status with relevant experience.
• At least 5 years experience in management accounting within the retail industry or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
