Key Responsibilities

Sales Ledger & Invoicing

• Process customer account application forms for both credit and proforma accounts.
• Generate invoices for picked goods and distribute them to customers by email and post.
• Upload EDI invoices
• Raise credit notes
• Managself-billing reconciliations, allocate transactions and communicate any discrepancies.
• Amend customer master records, including addresses and contact details.
• Take card payments over the telephone and release proforma orders once payment has been received.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and helpful service.
