Vacancy: Freelance Site Engineer 📍 Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire 📍 Experience: Drainage, slabs, ducting, HD bolts 📍 Contract Length: 6 Months UPB are working with a specialist, regional civils & construction contractor to hire a Site Engineer a Civils & infrastructure scheme in North Yorkshire. You will focus on setting out and managing your own QA, for a commercial groundworks package. Role includes: * Day-to-day setting out of drainage, foundations, Bolts * Managing and maintaining a QA system * Overseeing the delivery work of groundworkers & shuttering joiners * Supporting site management and delivery of works Requirements: * Civil engineering background * Experience of setting out groundworks packages up to DPC * Ability to work to a fast pace, achieving a tight programme. * Ability to work alongside other Engineers, working towards achieving targets as a collective * With or without kit, kit can be provided for Site Engineers For more information, please contact Brad Burgin at UPB in Sheffield, or submit a CV to apply
