Electrical Project Manager. I am currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage the delivery of electrical installation on commercial fit out projects in London. You will take responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Electrical Project Manager Key responsibilities * Manage electrical installations from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. * Lead site supervisors and subcontractors. * Procurement * Monitor costs, track progress and identify variations. * Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and suppliers. * Review drawings and specifications, resolving technical queries. * Maintain health and safety standards and oversee quality inspections. * Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover documentation. What we’re looking for * Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager * A strong electrical trade or technical background. * Experience managing project programmes, budgets and site teams. * Good knowledge of electrical installations and relevant regulations. * Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. * Relevant electrical qualifications; SMSTS and an appropriate ECS/CSCS card are desirable.
