Hays Education are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Middlesbrough on a full-time temporary basis through to Christmas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional administrator to support the smooth running of a busy school office.
Previous experience working within a school environment is desirable, and candidates must be confident communicating with staff, pupils, parents, and external visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing front-of-house reception support
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
• Maintaining pupil records and school databases
• Supporting attendance, admissions, and general administration
• Producing letters, reports, and school correspondence
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the school office
• Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience
• School-based administration experience is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential
