Some children need a dedicated champion in their corner. Someone who can provide encouragement, consistency, and reassurance throughout every school day. Could that be you?
Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the BS16 area to recruit a compassionate and resilient 1:1 SEN Support Assistant for a November 2026 start.
This rewarding role involves supporting a pupil with additional needs on a dedicated one-to-one basis, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. You'll become a trusted adult, providing the stability and support needed for the pupil to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team, you'll play a key role in creating positive outcomes and helping a child overcome barriers to learning.
