Site Manager - 3 Weeks - Bradford Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a modular fit out contractor, who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join them for 3 weeks starting on Monday the 19th of October. The successful candidate, will have experience working on modular fit out or shopfit projects, and the ideal candidate would also have a joinery backgorund due to scope of works. Key Requirements: * Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. * MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances * Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. * Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: * Overseeing day-to-day site operations. * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. * Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance. * Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. * Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. * Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
