Employment: Full-time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office. Additional attendance required for shoots.

About the Agency

We're partnering with a fast-growing, independent, social-first creative agency that combines strategy, creative, production and creator partnerships to deliver content that drives real engagement.

With an impressive client roster, in-house studio capabilities, and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a talented Producer to join their London team and help bring standout social content to life.

The Role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of production across a wide variety of social-first content, from reactive campaigns and creator collaborations through to larger-scale branded shoots.

You'll work closely with creatives, account teams, directors, videographers, editors and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys solving problems, and understands the realities of producing content for social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage productions from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Build and maintain production schedules, budgets and timelines across multiple projects.
• Turn creative ideas into practical production plans, identifying resources, timings and costs.
• Coordinate studio and location shoots, including crew, talent, equipment, travel and logistics.
• Source and manage freelancers, creators, locations and production suppliers.
• Prepare call sheets, risk assessments, permissions and release forms.
• Lead shoots on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee post-production timelines, feedback rounds and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all content meets platform specifications and client requirements.
• Monitor budgets and proactively manage project spend.
• Build strong relationships with production partners and suppliers.

About You

• Experience producing branded content, social campaigns or commercial productions within an agency, production company or in-house brand team.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels.
• Confident managing budgets, schedules and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with production crews, creators, talent and post-production teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and a genuine passion for producing great work.

Bonus points for experience producing food content, creator-led campaigns or scripted social content.
