We’re looking for a confident and capable Office PA / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors, customers, and suppliers, while providing essential personal assistant and administrative support to our senior leadership team.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely organised with a keen eye for detail
• Professional manner when dealing with visitors and callers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Experience in generating marketing material greatly preferred
