We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to join a specialist freight forwarding business. This part-time, home-based role will be responsible for managing client onboarding, KYC processes and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), ensuring all documentation, approvals and compliance records are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new client onboarding, including KYC questionnaires, contracts and internal approvals.
• Track onboarding workflows across Legal, Compliance, Insurance and other departments.
• Manage ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including annual reviews and compliance questionnaires.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain information and complete client questionnaires.
• Proactively chase outstanding actions and provide regular progress reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a complete audit trail of all onboarding and compliance activity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administration, compliance or client onboarding role.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML processes would be highly advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to navigate external client portals.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and proactively chase updates.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping.

Salary & Working Arrangements:

• Salary: £12,000 per annum.
• 10 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
• Predominantly home-based, with occasional visits to the Heathrow facility.
• 5 weeks' annual leave, pro rata.
• Workplace pension included.
