EHCP Caseworker
Location: Gloucestershire (Fully Remote)
Rate: £274.10 per day
Contract: Temporary

Pertemps Social Care is currently recruiting for an experienced EHCP Caseworker to join a local authority in Gloucestershire.

This is a fully remote opportunity, with only very occasional office visits required, arranged in advance with the Service Lead.

The role will focus primarily on complaints management, requiring an experienced EHCP professional who can proactively manage complex cases, investigate concerns and provide clear, timely responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex EHCP cases, ensuring they are progressed effectively and proactively.
• Lead on complaints management, investigating concerns and coordinating appropriate responses.
• Respond to complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are managed in line with statutory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools and relevant professionals to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex EHCP cases.
• Demonstrable experience handling and responding to complaints within an EHCP or SEND service.
• Strong case management, organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and proactively manage challenging cases.
