Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Glasgow, Scotland Salary: £60,000 to £74,000 + car & package A leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a high-profile infrastructure project in Glasgow. The scheme involves delivery of a new waste water treatment plant and sludge processing facility, representing a flagship investment in Scotland's water infrastructure. Role Overview This is a site-based position, where the Senior Quantity Surveyor will act as the commercial lead, ensuring financial control, contract compliance, and effective risk management. The role requires close collaboration with the site delivery team to secure cost, programme, and quality outcomes.
