We're seeking ambitious, results-focused sales professionals to join us as Business Development Managers. This is a genuine hunter role, ideal for a commercially minded and consultative sales expert who excels at opening doors, building executive-level relationships, and securing high-value, complex opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships within target accounts to engage key decision-makers and expand your network.
• Identify, assess and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors and target accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal and Finance teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Manage RFQs, map stakeholder landscapes and proactively uncover opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Research customer supply chain challenges and business objectives to shape compelling value propositions.
• Develop strong customer relationships that support our "Customer for Life" philosophy while building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstratable experience winning new business within a complex large organisation with an understanding of bid and tender sales lifecycle.
• Proven sales experience within the logistics and supply chain sector, with a strong track record of securing multiple medium to large-scale deals and driving sustainable business growth.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and projects, with the ability to proactively generate opportunities beyond formal bid processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business growth.
• Strategic and relationship-focused, with a passion for building long-term customer partnerships.
