PMO Analyst 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £43,590 | Hybrid (2 days City of London, 3 days home) We're looking for a proactive PMO Analyst to support the delivery of a major transformation programme. Working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders, you'll help coordinate programme activities, maintain governance processes, and ensure reporting and documentation are accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities: Support programme governance, reporting and planning activities Maintain RAID logs, action trackers and programme documentation Prepare governance packs and status reports Take meeting minutes and track actions to completion Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder communicationsAbout you: Experience in a PMO, project support or change environment Knowledge of governance, reporting and RAID management Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams PRINCE2, APM or similar qualification desirableThis is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-profile transformation programme while developing your PMO career.
