Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Location: Pontyclun Type: Permanent Start: Immediate We're working with a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor who is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team based at their Pontyclun Head Office. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry * Strong background in groundworks, civil engineering, infrastructure, or enabling works projects * Experience managing subcontractor procurement and accounts * Ability to prepare and manage valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts * Good understanding of NEC and JCT forms of contract * Strong commercial and contractual awareness * Experience monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities * Ability to work closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners * Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer: * Permanent position with a growing and well-established contractor * Long-term career progression opportunities * Involvement in a diverse range of groundworks and civil engineering projects For further information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch
