The school also provides hospitality catering, including fine-dining dinners, private functions and special events, giving you the opportunity to develop your experience across different areas of catering. Key Responsibilities * Work across different sections of the kitchen as a Chef * Prepare and cook fresh food from scratch to a high standard * Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods * Assist with hospitality events and fine-dining dinners * Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation * Follow all food safety, health and safety and allergen procedures * Work efficiently as part of a small and professional team Requirements * Previous experience working as a Chef or in a similar role * Experience within volume or contract catering * Good knowledge of fresh food preparation and cooking * Ability to work confidently across different kitchen sections * Positive and professional attitude * Excellent teamwork and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday position, excellent holiday entitlement and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a quality school catering environment.
