Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and thrive? We're partnering with supportive schools across Reading to recruit enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individuals who want to make a positive impact in education.

As an SEN TA, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome challenges, build confidence and develop essential life skills. You'll provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support to children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties.

Experience That Opens Doors

Have you worked as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or in a specialist SEN setting? We'd love to hear from you!

Previous experience supporting KS1 or KS2 pupils is advantageous, but it's not essential. Whether you're an experienced SEN TA or ready to begin your journey in special educational needs, there are opportunities to match your skills and ambitions.
