We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team, supporting financial reporting, reconciliations and year-end activities.

Hybrid schedule after a period of training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Year-end accounting and audit support
• Fixed asset management and reconciliations
• Bad debt reporting and provision preparation
• Pension tracking and reconciliations
• VAT return preparation and submission
• Agg Levy reviews
• Setting up and monitoring capital projects
• Office for National Statistics (ONS) reporting and reviews
• Supporting accurate financial reporting and process improvements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
• SAP Experience would be an advantage
• Strong Excel, analytical and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
