Duties

You will be going door to door visiting customers who have fallen
into arrears with their mortgage lender. Your aim is to get the
customer back in touch with their lender and at time performing
affordability checks to pass over to the lender. This is NOT a
debt collection role. You won't be seizing goods or arranging
for payments. You will be there to collect information to ensure
everything is present and correct and to perform affordability
checks. You will be covering Glasgow and part of the surrounding
areas and on occasion will be needed to travel to Carlisle to
perform these duties.

You must have a full UK driving licence and be flexible with your
hours. Some visits will need to happen early evening due to
customers being at work during the day. You will also undergo a
DBS check and a CCJ check.
