Senior Social Strategist

Salary - £80k - £85k (no flexibility)

Are you a social strategist who can spot cultural shifts before they happen and turn audience insight into standout social thinking?

We're partnering with a leading global communications agency to find a Senior Social Strategist to work on a major fashion and lifestyle account, helping shape social and content strategy across some of the world's most influential platforms.

The Role

This is a highly strategic position focused on defining audience approaches, platform roles and content direction across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

You'll be responsible for developing culture-led strategies, uncovering audience insights and helping brands create work that feels relevant, impactful and genuinely connected to the conversations people care about.

Working alongside creative, influencer, PR and account teams, you'll play a key role in shaping social-first campaigns and building long-term brand relevance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing social and content strategies rooted in culture, audience insight and platform behaviour
• Identifying trends, opportunities and emerging conversations
• Leading audience, competitor and cultural analysis
• Creating strategic frameworks, content territories and channel recommendations
• Writing inspiring briefs for creative and influencer teams
• Presenting recommendations and strategic thinking to clients
• Working across integrated campaigns to ensure strategy translates into impactful execution

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in social strategy within an agency environment
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Experience translating data, trends and audience insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
• Strong storytelling and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to collaborate across creative, influencer, PR and account management teams

Bonus Points If You Have

• Fashion, retail or lifestyle brand experience
• Experience working across multiple international markets
• Knowledge of influencer and creator marketing
• Experience developing social-first campaigns for major consumer brands
