Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds

A leading specialist law firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at NQ to Grade C level to join its busy and supportive clinical negligence team in Leeds, with hybrid/remote working available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist practice. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting more senior lawyers on a broad range of pre- and post-litigation clinical negligence matters.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

• Manage your own caseload from inception through to settlement or litigation
• Support senior lawyers on complex clinical negligence claims
• Progress cases proactively and commercially
• Draft Letters of Claim, instructions to experts and other legal documentation
• Assist with settlement negotiations and litigation where required

The firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with:

• NQ–5 years’ PQE, or equivalent clinical negligence experience
• Recent experience managing a caseload
• Strong drafting and communication skills
