The setting supports secondary-aged students who benefit from an alternative approach to mainstream education, with a focus on providing engaging learning opportunities, building confidence and helping young people achieve positive outcomes. The provision is looking to take on a Qualified Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis from January 2027. The successful Qualified Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across core subjects including Maths, English and Science, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs whilst maintaining positive behaviour management and a supportive classroom environment.
