An established and highly regarded Devon-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing Private Family team in Torquay.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Family Lawyer to join a successful and well-established department, with the opportunity to take responsibility for a high-quality caseload, work on complex matrimonial finance matters and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of private family matters, with a particular emphasis on matrimonial finance, alongside broader private family work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of high-quality private family matters
• Handling complex matrimonial finance cases, including high-value and multi-asset matters
• Advising clients on divorce and separation matters
• Handling cohabitation issues and private children matters
• Advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
