Primary Teacher - Full Time Location: Croydon, Greater London Job Type: Full-Time, Contract Salary: £190 - £240 per day Benefits: PAYE About the Role Protocol Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to work full-time within a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Croydon area. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeed. Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies. Provide constructive feedback to support pupil achievement and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing. Support the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events as required. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school. Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills. A positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL.
