Our client is based in Poole, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the finance team is looking for additional support.

Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in a timely way.
• Check invoice details against supporting documents to maintain reliable records.
• Maintain supplier account information and keep documentation well organised.
• Prepare invoices for payment in line with agreed internal processes.
• Respond to supplier invoice queries and help resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile supplier statements to identify and correct outstanding items.
• Work with colleagues in Accounting & Finance to keep payment records complete.
• Produce clear information on invoice and supplier account activity when needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Experience processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to check invoice information and resolve discrepancies.
• Knowledge of supplier account reconciliations and statement reviews.
• Confidence handling payment-related documentation with care.
• Ability to organise invoice records and manage routine tasks accurately.

Job Offer
