Whether you're already working in a procurement role or have developed transferable skills in purchasing, administration, project coordination, supply chain or a related commercial role, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the administration and delivery of tender exercises, mini-competitions, call-off contracts, and framework agreements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage procurement documentation, records, and contract files.
  • Coordinate tender submissions, evaluations, clarification processes, and contract award activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and contract management data, producing reports as required.
  • Provide day-to-day procurement and administrative support to Category Managers and the wider team.

About You

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and document management systems.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to develop a long-term career in procurement.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, supply chain, project co-ordination or a related commercial role would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes or public procurement regulations would be beneficial, but not essential.

Why Join?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking organisation that is passionate about developing talent. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of procurement activities, receive ongoing training and support, and benefit from clear opportunities for career progression within a growing and successful team.

If you're dynamic, eager to learn, and looking for a role where you can develop a rewarding career in procurement, we'd love to hear from you.
