Multi Skilled Engineer  Food Manufacturing Shifts: Week 1 – Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Week 2 – Wednesday/Thursday - 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Week 3 – Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Week 4 – Wednesday/Thursday – 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Role: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Diagnose and repair faults on PLC-controlled and automated machinery. Install, maintain, and repair single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Work on high-voltage distribution systems and electric motors. Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs. Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. Complete preventative maintenance schedules and associated documentation.
