Key responsibilities of the Order-Processing Administrator include:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Profile

The successful Order-Processing Administrator will have:

• Experience in order management or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong administrative skills including use of Excel, Word, Outlook.
• SAP experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a great telephone manner.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in processing information.
