Freelance Amazon Ads Associate Director | £350pd | 3 Months

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Associate Director to join a growing team on an initial 3-month freelance contract.

This is a hands-on strategic role, overseeing Amazon advertising activity across multiple markets, including international expansion into MENA.

You'll take ownership of Amazon Ads strategy, oversee an offshore activation team and act as the main point of contact for clients, driving campaign performance and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies across multiple international markets.

• Lead campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.

• Oversee and guide an offshore Amazon activation team based in Delhi.

• Provide strategic direction, manage campaign activation and ensure smooth delivery.

• Lead client communications, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.

• Monitor campaign performance, deliver weekly reporting and optimise ROAS.

• Support new market launches, including MENA, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, particularly Sponsored Ads and DSP.

• Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, campaign strategy and optimisation.

• Proven ability to manage significant advertising activity independently.

• Confident client-facing experience, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment.

• Experience overseeing activation teams, ideally including remote or offshore resources.

• Strong commercial understanding of ROAS, performance reporting and campaign growth.

• Previous experience in a Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director or equivalent position.

• £350 per day
