We're supporting a growing student living operator in the search for a customer-focused Day Concierge to join a premium 120-studio residential community in London.

This is a highly visible, resident-facing role where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping create a welcoming and vibrant community. Working closely with residents, guests, and onsite teams, you'll play a key part in ensuring the building runs smoothly while providing a first-class level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
• Manage resident enquiries and provide day-to-day support
• Conduct resident check-ins, check-outs, and property viewings
• Maintain accurate handovers, records, and operational reports
• Handle parcels, deliveries, and visitor access
• Support resident events and community engagement activities
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and contractors
• Ensure communal areas are presented to a high standard
• Resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent customer service

Your Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, PBSA, Build-to-Rent, property, or another customer-facing environment
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident and professional communicator
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Good IT and administrative skills
• Russian or Ukrainian language skills are beneficial but not essential
