About the Role

An established Wealth Management business based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Financial Adviser to join its team.

This is an opportunity for an adviser to build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver tailored financial advice and support clients with their long-term financial goals.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality financial planning and developing lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice tailored to clients' individual needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, fact-finds and regular financial reviews.
• Develop suitable financial planning strategies across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection.
• Research and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
• Prepare and present clear, compliant recommendations to clients.
• Manage and develop an ongoing client bank.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and generate new business.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with the wider support team to deliver an excellent client experience.

About You

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within an IFA or Wealth Management environment.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and wider financial planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, personable and client-focused approach.
• The ability to manage your own workload and build long-term client relationships.
• A proactive approach to business development and career progression.
