We're recruiting for an established, successful and growing international trading business looking for a bright, switched-on and commercially curious Finance & Operations Coordinator to join their team!

What will you be doing?

• Tracking financial transactions and activity from start to finish.
• Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Monitoring invoices, payments and supporting documentation.
• Reconciling information and investigating discrepancies.
• Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and customers to resolve queries.
• Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting.
• Helping improve processes and keep operations running efficiently.
• Developing an understanding of how different areas of the business work together.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you'll have some experience in accounts administration, finance support, bookkeeping or a similar role.

You'll also be someone who is:

• Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel and spreadsheets.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Interested in understanding how businesses operate.
• A confident communicator who enjoys solving problems.
• Keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility.
